Topping-out ceremony for the H2 filling station on Holzmarktstrasse in Berlin
The topping-out ceremony for the H2 filling station on Holzmarktstrasse in Berlin took place on August 12th, 2009. Minister Tiefensee inaugurated the new hydrogen tank with guests from the political, industrial and media sectors in attendance. Construction on the filling station is scheduled for completion in February 2010.
The hydrogen filling station on Berlin’s Holzmarktstrasse brings the Clean Energy Partnership another step closer to its goal of creating sustainable mobility. By sponsoring this project, partners TOTAL, StatoilHydro and Linde send an important signal in economically trying times by investing in sustainable energy supply and Germany’s economic development, with the support of Germany’s Federal Ministry for Traffic, Building and Urban Development (BMVBS).
