The Clean Energy Partnership teamed up with NOW for a presentation at the Federal Symposium of the CDU Party's Economic Council in Berlin on 27 November 2009, which was organsied under the heading "Competence Centre Germany: New Growth Through Innovations"

Dr. Andreas Scheuer, the new Parliamentary State Secretary at the federal Minister for Transport, Building and Urban Development, visited the joint booth to obtain information about the CEP demo project. 

There was a great deal of interest in the vehicles that CEP partners BMW, Daimler and GM/Opel had made available to participants for test drives.
